The Softail frame is a "TRUE" rubber mount system, which completely isolates the engine & trans using your choice of Dyna or FXR front mount and polyurathane bushings in the rear, custom made for us by Energy Suspensions, Inc.
The frame will accept a 200 tire using a stock belt and off setting the mototr 1/2 ".
A 250 tire RSD is avaliable at an additional cost.
Our standard frame has a 35 degree rake and a 2" stretch.
The kit includes:
Frame with billet aluminum sides, Swingarm with billet aluminum ends,
Front motor mount, Engine to trans mount,
Right & left isolator mounts, Isolator shaft,
Axle with harware, Deflector shield, Dyna mount limiter, Axle covers,

Rubber Mount FXR Frame
Our fxr frame weighs 38 pounds, accepts a dyna glide rubber mount, is made of mild steel,heliarc welded and is cnc machined. Frames are available in custom rakes and stretches for an addtional charge. Our stock frames have a 2" stretch and a thirty-three degree rake. All frames include your choice of front mount, stock, 1/4", 3/8", or 1/2". The frame will accept a 180 tire & a 8 1/2" fender using a belt you will need to offset the motor 3/8". Using a chain you need to offset the motor 1/4"

We've been rubber mounting
the Sportster for over a decade!
The frame is mild steel, cnc machined and heliarc welded. The "Fatsta" is a ground up project that uniquely utilizes sportster components in the front of the frame and fxr in the rear.
The standard frame has a 35 degree rake and a 2" stretch. The frame is rubber mounted, uses a stock fxr swing arm and fits any sporty engine or fuel tank. It requires a custom rowe softtail style oil tank and will accept a 180 tire using a chain or a 170 tire with a 1-1/8" wide 135 tooth belt.
Exhaust 1 3/4" OD $255.00
This frame is sold seperately and the options are the same as listed above for the FXR frame.
